Chantelle Ramsundar is a public health and social services researcher at Volunteer Canada, where she advances national initiatives like the Canadian Knowledge Hub on Giving and Volunteering and the National Volunteer Action Strategy. Her expertise lies in bridging research and practice to strengthen volunteer engagement through community-based evaluation, inclusive strategies, and evidence-informed policy. Grounded in care ethics and feminist theory, Chantelle ensures data serves communities and drives meaningful impact. She holds a BA in International Development, MA in Public Issues Anthropology, and a certificate in Public Policy and Advocacy. She is currently completing a PhD in Public Health at the University of Waterloo, focusing on community health and the role of community health workers.
